Good start but hard to keep going today...

Well, the day started off pretty well... I got through 3 out of the 5 rounds pretty well... I am struggling to press on right now... I have said that I won't expect perfection which is good, because I have not walked today perfectly according to the plan, but I am not going to give up! I know the beginning is going to be hard... I just have to keep fighting even though it hurts (literally)! I have almost a whole supplement left to get down before it it is time for bed...
